Spring (media) Migration

Spring (Media) Migration at Studio Post

Spring is a season of renewal and many of our long time clients are returning to Studio Post once again for the reformatting / migration of their aging media assets.

16mm film, 35mm film, ¾” Umatic Video, ¼” Audio reels & Audio cassettes all hold a wealth of culture and heritage yet viewing and integrating this material is becoming more and more challenging.  Taking time now to review your archive and consider moving these items over to a more accessible format could help to preserve the content as well as increase opportunities to utilize those treasured images.  Our technical experts and multi media specialists are ready to assist you with your particular requirements.

Our thanks to the Provincial Archives of Alberta, University of Manitoba Archives, University of Victoria Archives, Saskatchewan Archives, Aurora Research Institute, Hudson’s Bay Archive, Northwest Territories Archives, London Life Archive, Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies and many others.  Studio Post is pleased to assist these organizations with their important work of keeping our past both alive and accessible.
